Tea Party is rattling the Republican Establishment – More Obamacare – Are you ready for a complete power grid shutdown – Obamacare legalizes fraud and has it own police force – Obamacore:  Now we have even more federal leviathan activity under the Common Core

===  the fundamental problem in politics today and is a direct reason why the Tea Party exists and will not go away – “They are both members of a ruling elite that uses the political means to feed on the productive class, which uses the economic means: it is the state versus society. Republican versus Democrat partisanship is an intraclass struggle and does not reflect a fundamental clash of goals.” ===  We are in a war over words and how laws change their meaning in ways that citizens can neither understand or apply to their own actions ===  “The authors detail how Hoover, alarmed by the excesses of the New Deal, pointed to the ideas that would constitute modern US conservatism and how three pillars—liberty, limited government, and constitutionalism—formed his case against the New Deal and, in turn, became the underlying philosophy of conservatism today.” Maybe we should pay more attention to Hoover than to Roosevelt!!

How far will our society go to seek the perfect person? Such goals in the hands of a powerful government have, in the pars, not ended well. Plus the media that reported this story have been disingenuous themselves — http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2013/11/07/Coverage-of-Rand-Paul-s-Liberty-Speech-Proves-AP-Is-Mainstream-Media-s-Wikipedia

The Republican leadership thinks they can survive an attack on the Tea Party. The Tea Party people is the base engine of the party. Without us they have no ground game. Without us, they think we will just go away. Think again! —http://www.redstate.com/2013/11/08/nrsc-wants-a-conservative-not-republican-senate-but-declares-war-on-conservatives/

Obamacare legalizes fraud. A three month grace period exists after individuals have defaulted on their premiums. At the next annual open enrollment, that same individual only needs to pay one month premium before the get a new three month grace period.  This can occur every year and the patient can not be denied insurance! — http://reason.com/archives/2013/11/09/obamacare-leaves-doctors-on-the-hook-for

The Obamacare Police – Under ACA the HHS has hired 86 criminal investigators, essentially federal law enforcement. I thought law enforcement was an FBI job. Just another example of the militarization of our federal government. —http://dcclothesline.com/2013/08/22/obama-adds-to-the-ranks-of-his-secret-police-the-obamacare-police/

Raising the minimum wage again!! This always leads to higher youth & poor persons unemployment for the very sector most in need of a chance to grow by learning new skills they do not currently have. But who really benefits that also has some political clout with democrats. Can you spells unions and certain industries where tipped based compensation is a formula based directly off of the minimum wage.  Guess what! They gat a raise also! — http://www.thelibertypaper.org/2013/11/09/obama-prepared-to-push-for-massive-minimum-wage-hike/

One should also ask why it takes an act of the legislator to prescribe the teacher evaluation system at all. Let the school district be free to run their school. If the system is put in place as a “gotcha ‘ya” system to fire union teachers, then perhaps the inability for school district to ire bad teachers is also part of the problem! — http://www.plunderbund.com/2013/11/09/ohio-senate-introduces-bill-to-change-teacher-evaluations-again/

We are in a war over words and how laws change their meaning in ways that citizens can neither understand or apply to their own actions – “Notice how the Official Definition of “terrorism” has been altered: it used to be thatviolence engaged in for the purpose of promoting a political or ideological cause was – properly – deemed terrorism. Now “terrorism” has magically morphed into journalism– or, in Miranda’s case, facilitating journalism – in pursuit of a cause that exposes government abuses.” — http://original.antiwar.com/justin/2013/11/03/the-language-of-tyrants/

Our UN Ambassador is an example of how we have mixed competing political philosophies into our governments operations and specifically it’s public faces. Only a “cleansing” of our political language will bring clarity to how our country perceives it own identity. What do I mean? I’m not sure, but my view is we need to bring individualism back into focus. Jane Fonda admitted to her socialist ways while being a strong individual. Samantha Powers admires that individual strength but espouses policies that use powers of government to deny others the ability to exercise their individualism. Socialism will suppress the individual. I, for one, endorse capitalism and limited federal government – The individual is the ultimate sovereign and all government must flow from that ideal – this article highlights this disconnect — http://www.caintv.com/u.s.ambassador-to-the-united-n

Who in New Hampshire would want to vote a lifelong Massachusetts male as a representative just because some National political party power brokers thought it was a good idea. I like him, but would vote him down just based on the principle of honesty and integrity of the selection process of candidates! — http://townhall.com/tipsheet/heatherginsberg/2013/11/08/national-gop-wants-scott-brown-to-run-for-senate-in-nh-n1743226?utm_source=thdailypm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl_pm

The baby boomers and millennials have combined to create a Generation Z that is totally out of control. Where will this end in terms of the morality of our social fabric? One part if the Solution- DROP totally the minimum wage laws – make the richer people lose their jobs so young people can get one. Sound harsh – yes – but so does gang violence by unemployed youth and the hopeless plight of single mothers who have no job at all. “National unemployment ticked up overall, but so did the unemployment for blacks specifically. The most shocking numbers apply to the youngest sub-demographic, blacks aged 16-19. For that subset alone the unemployment rate was, again, 393% the national average at 36%. That makes a total of 43,000 fewer jobs for black youth in the past month alone.  Add to those tragic numbers the worsening reality for working American women – a demographic that lost 357,000 jobs in October and hit a record low for labor force participation at 56.9%. Blacks and women have little reason to rejoice as October’s jobs report only confirms their all-too-familiar reality.” — http://cnsnews.com/news/article/ali-meyer/unemployment-among-black-youth-393-higher-national-rate

A new book titled – The New Deal and Modern American Conservatism: A Defining Rivalry

-“Providing an often-overlooked historical perspective, Gordon Lloyd and David Davenport show how the New Deal of the 1930s established the framework for today’s US domestic policy and the ongoing debate between progressives and conservatives. They examine the pivotal issues of the dispute, laying out the progressive-conservative arguments between Hoover and Roosevelt in the 1930s and illustrating how those issues remain current in public policy today. The authors detail how Hoover, alarmed by the excesses of the New Deal, pointed to the ideas that would constitute modern US conservatism and how three pillars—liberty, limited government, and constitutionalism—formed his case against the New Deal and, in turn, became the underlying philosophy of conservatism today.” — http://www.hooverpress.org/productdetails.cfm?PC=1597
